1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the review collection platform operated by Local SEO Works at reviews.localseo.works (the “Service”). By creating an account, completing checkout, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service provides:

  • branded public review pages (via NFC cards, QR codes, and short links);
  • a private feedback channel for customer concerns;
  • a client dashboard for locations, cards, links, statistics, and feedback; and
  • subscription billing and optional extra NFC card orders.

We may update features from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind the business you register. You are responsible for:

  • keeping your login credentials confidential;
  • all activity under your account; and
  • ensuring information you provide (including location addresses and Google review URLs) is accurate.

Accounts remain pending_payment until Stripe Checkout completes successfully. Abandoned signups may resume via the signup wizard with the same email and password.

4. Subscriptions and pricing

Subscriptions are billed in US dollars (USD) through Stripe. Displayed prices are tax-inclusive; Stripe Tax may calculate and report tax based on your details. Pricing is per our published rate card:

  • first location: $14.95/month or $149.50/year;
  • each additional location: $9.95/month or $99.50/year;
  • one billing cycle (monthly or annual) applies to the whole account.

Adding or removing locations updates your subscription quantity; prorated charges or credits may apply immediately. Extra NFC cards are one-time purchases ($2.50 per card plus $9.95 shipping per order).

We do not store your full payment card details — payments are handled entirely by Stripe Checkout and the Stripe Customer Portal.

5. NFC cards and fulfilment

Each paid location includes one NFC card shipped to the address you provide. Virtual links and QR codes are available immediately after payment. Physical cards are fulfilled separately; delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. You are responsible for activating cards by serial number in your dashboard once received.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service in any way that violates Google’s review policies or other applicable law;
  • offer incentives, discounts, or rewards in exchange for reviews through the Service or related materials;
  • attempt to block or discourage public Google reviews (the Service is designed to keep the Google path visible at all times);
  • upload unlawful, misleading, or infringing content (including logos);
  • probe, scrape, or overload the Service; or
  • resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach.

7. End-customer interactions

Review pages are operated on your behalf. You are responsible for how you distribute cards and links, and for handling feedback submitted through the Service. We provide the platform; we are not a party to disputes between you and your customers.

8. Intellectual property

We own the Service, its software, and branding (except your uploaded logos and business names). You grant us a limited licence to host and display your branding on review pages and in the dashboard solely to provide the Service.

9. Data and privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. You must have a lawful basis to collect customer feedback and to use any contact details submitted through the feedback form.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will increase your review count, search rankings, or revenue. We are not responsible for Google’s policies, outages, or removal of reviews.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies), Local SEO Works is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal from your dashboard. See our Refunds and Cancellation Policy for billing consequences. On cancellation, review links become unavailable; your data is retained so you may reactivate.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated date. Material changes may also be notified by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New South Wales, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply.
